First, read our Goldfish Care page titled What to do When Your Goldfish is Sick. If that still doesn’t answer your question, we recommend using one of the many great online forums to consult with other hobbyists for assistance. There are many exert goldfish hobbyists on Goldfish Keepers Forum, for instance. If this still doesn’t help, you may wish to purchase a one-on-one Sick Goldfish Consultation with Jennie from the Services section of our online shop. For extreme problems, sometimes enlisting the help of a veterinarian may even be required.
Please note that due to the extremely high volume of emails we receive for one-on-one help with sick fish, if you contact us for that purpose, you may not get a response.
We go to great lengths to ship fish safely. Fish will only be shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays. After you complete your purchase online, you will be contacted within 24 hours about which day of the week you prefer for arrival of your fish.
Due to import/export regulations, we can only ship fish within the USA.
When you add the fish (or other item) to your shopping cart, you can actually calculate your shipping cost right on the website by selecting your country and zip code. Please note, you may only select UPS Next Day Air for fish purchases.
I must request that you please do not contact me with questions about your fish (unless of course you have questions about the fish you’ve purchased from me). While I try to help people in any way that I can, I currently do not have the ability to give one-on-one assistance to everyone asks.
